Undoubtedly, our face is the one that has the biggest say on our self-confidence since childhood. Acne and hair growth on our face, disproportionate noses, or protruding or misshapen ears damage our self-confidence.

Plastic surgery has advanced so much that we no longer have to worry about any of these factors. Ear correction, which seems to be the most difficult, is now possible. Congenital or developmental defects can now be corrected with Otoplasty. It is now very easy to have ears that are proportional to your face. You can regain your self-confidence after a short surgical procedure.

It is a procedure that takes about 2 hours under local anesthesia and does not require hospitalization. The process can be easily overcome with simple pain relievers such as Paracetamol and Ibuprofen.

You may have many different reasons for needing rhinoplasty, also called ‘nose job’. Rhinoplasty does not have to be done only for aesthetic concerns or for respiratory reasons. Patients may have different causes. If we give an example of these reasons we mentioned;

– Nose size

– Hooked nose tip

– Saggy or upturned nose tip

– Wide or swollen nose tip

– Wide nostrils

– Disproportionate or divergent nostrils

– Nose bridge width

– Bumps or depressions on the bridge of the nose

– Respiratory disorder

– Correction of septum curvature

You may have one or more of these complaints. Rhinoplasty is a procedure to correct all these complaints. You will get rid of your complaints and have a nose proportional to your facial structure.

Botulinum toxin for cosmetic purposes is usually applied to the forehead, between the eyebrows and around the eyes, which we call crow’s feet. During the procedure, sometimes preparation with cold application or local anesthetic creams may be required. There are two types of Botulinum toxin. The first is the preparation released as Onabotulinum toxin A and gives the general name to these applications. The other is abobotulinum toxin A. The procedure is done by injecting these toxins under the skin with very fine needles. These toxins injected under the skin cause irreversible glucagization of nerve conduction at the muscle-nerve junction. The conduction disruption at this muscle-nerve junction is regenerated by the organism in approximately 4 to 6 months.

It is a process of approximately 10 minutes. This application is not applied to those who use blood thinners, those who use calcium channel-blocking heart medication and those who are likely to be pregnant. Approximately 3 days after the procedure, the effect of the application begins to be seen and the effect disappears, usually between the 7th and 10th days. Its effect lasts between 4 and 6 months on average. At the end of this period, it must be repeated. Since botulinum toxinis sensitive to heat, it is recommended not to be exposed to heat for the first 6 hours after the procedure.

It is an application made by injecting aesthetic dermal fillers under the skin. It is a procedure frequently preferred by both women and men. So, which areas does it apply to?

– Nasolabial lines, which we also call the nose line,

– To the philtrum lines, which we also call the mustache line,

– Smile lines,

– The lines between the eyebrows,

– Lines in the forehead area,

– Under the eyes,

– Under the eyebrow (for eyebrow lifting),

– To the lips (to provide lip fullness),

– To the cheek,

– To the cheekbones,

– To the chin

and can even be applied to areas with skin deformation. The purpose of dermal filler is to give fullness to the area where it is applied and/or to improve the appearance of lines and wrinkles in these areas.

It takes approximately 15-30 minutes, depending on the number of areas to be applied. Swelling and redness can be seen after the filling, it is mild and temporary. These problems disappear in a very short time and the filling settles on the applied area.

After the procedure, hot shower should not be taken and sports should be interrupted for a few days.
